1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using the bdt9 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bdt9 regarding your use of our services and supersede any prior understanding or agreements.

bdt9 reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create and use a bdt9 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bdt9 may request documentation to verify your eligibility at any time.

• You must be at least 21 years of age (21+ only). Underage gambling is strictly prohibited on the bdt9 platform.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must register using your own accurate personal information. Creating an account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) bdt9 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice and any associated funds may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

When creating your bdt9 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to promptly update your account details if any information changes. bdt9 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating bonus offers.

Account Responsibility

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Unless a promotion specifically states otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds are wagered. Multiple accounts or collusion between players to abuse bonus offers is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

• The use of automated bots, software exploits, or any system that provides an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure.

• Cricket and sports betting odds are set by bdt9 and may change at any time up until the market closes. Bets accepted before a market closure are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of placement.
• bdt9 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has occurred. Affected players will be notified and relevant stakes returned.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdt9's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

bdt9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if it determines that these Terms & Conditions have been violated. This includes but is not limited to fraud, bonus abuse, match fixing, use of prohibited software, providing false information, or engaging in any activity that bdt9 considers harmful to the platform or its players. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player after all applicable checks are completed.

11. Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the bdt9 platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
